What Livora records
A payment request, customer instruction, provider confirmation, internal reconciliation and partner settlement are separate events. A screen saying “submitted” or “pending” is not proof that money moved. Livora is not a bank, wallet provider or escrow service.
02
Customer and merchant payments
Pay only through the destination and reference displayed in the accepted order. Merchant delivery customers may collect their own sale proceeds separately while paying Livora for delivery; the recipient must not be charged twice.
03
Partner balances and payouts
A partner balance is an accounting record, not a bank account. Payouts require a verified destination, completed work and cleared evidence or dispute gates. Transfer fees and who bears them must follow the accepted commercial terms.
04
Staging
Screens expressly labelled staging or simulation do not move real money. Synthetic payment and payout records are testing evidence only and must never be presented as bank confirmation.
